Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dhaka Applauds its Members upon Being Named Green Factory Award 2020 Winners

Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dhaka (MCCI) congratulates its members Tarasima Apparels Limited, Green Textile Limited, Apex Footwear Limited, Square Pharmaceuticals Limited, Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited upon being named the winners of the inaugural Green Factory Award. The Ministry of Labour and Employment will confer the award to a total of 30 factories in six sectors for their outstanding contribution to saving the environment and creating jobs. MCCI members Tarasima Apparels Limited and Green Textile Limited were announced winners from the readymade garment sector, Apex Footwear Limited from the leather sector, and Square Pharmaceuticals Limited, Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited from the pharmaceutical sector. MCCI also commends the Ministry of Labour and Employment and the Government for continuously encouraging environment-friendly production and decent working conditions.
