Certificate of Origin (CoO)

MCCI issues and amends Certificates of Origin (CoO), Unavoidable Delay Certificates, Sanitary Certificates regards to shipment of jute and jute goods, garments and a few other documentation-related services which are legal requirements for overseas trade. The CoO is a mandatory document for export of various goods. Over the years, CoO issued by our Chamber has attained a high level of trust and confidence among the importers/buyers across the world. On request, it also legalizes export documents which are needed by the buyers of almost all the countries.

Instructions for Filling CoO Form

The original form can be collected from the Chamber (Main Office, Motijheel) paying a very small amount of fee. Then please fill the blank spaces as per the consignment and related documents. To give an idea, some basic information for filling up the fields in a CoO form are given below:

Amendment of CoO / Other Documents
