MCCI Holds Workshop on Developing Semiconductor Industry in Bangladesh
The Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dhaka (MCCI) organized a validation workshop on “Developing Semiconductor Industry in Bangladesh” on 18 October 2023 at its Gulshan office. The workshop was moderated by Dr. Arif Dowla, Chairperson, Committee on Semiconductor, MCCI. Mr. Kamran T. Rahman, Senior Vice-President, MCCI, made the welcome remarks. Mr. Habibullah N. Karim, Vice-President, MCCI, set the tone. Later, Dr. M. Rokonuzzaman, Professor, Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, NSU, made the keynote presentation. This was followed by an interactive open discussion. The workshop ended with a vote of thanks by MCCI. Representatives from the academia and the semiconductor industry and officials of MCCI attended the event.
