MCCI Organizes Meeting on “Accelerating Bangladesh-Japan Bilateral Trade and Investment Towards a Newer Height”
The Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dhaka (MCCI) organized a meeting on “Accelerating Bangladesh-Japan Bilateral Trade and Investment Towards a Newer Height” on Monday, June 26, 2023, at its Gulshan office. The objectives of the meeting were to identify the challenges faced by Japanese investors in Bangladesh and come up with probable recommendations, as well as to promote the greater presence of Bangladeshi products in the Japanese market. Mr. Yuji Ando, Country Representative, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) attended the event, along with investors from Japan, and members of the local business community. Mr. Habibullah N. Karim, Vice-President, MCCI, presided over the event.
