Mr. Hasan Mahmood, a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is a Partner of M. J. Abedin & Co., Chartered Accountants, a member firm of Moore Global Network Limited.
Mr. Mahmood is the Chairman of MCCI’s Commercial Legislation Committee and a member of Tariff and Taxation Committee.
He is a member of Taxation and Companies Law Committee of ICAB.
Mr. Mahmood was appointed as a member (Co-opt) of the “Company Law Reform Committee” by the Ministry of Commerce.
He obtained B. Com. (Honours) and M. Com. in Accounting from the University of Dhaka, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989.
