Since 2003, Mr. Jamil has been involved in multiple startups. He has founded companies in technology, food retail, elevators and escalators and industrial cooling solutions. Mr. Jamil’s specialization is growth hacking with expert in-depth knowledge on project management, process implementation, strategic planning and matching products/services with market demand.
The companies Mr. Jamil is currently looking after are ICE Technologies, which focuses Elevators and Escalators and Digital Display Solutions and Perfetto Chemicals, which produces and distributes industrial washing chemicals.
He is a member of Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industries, International Chamber of Commerce Bangladesh, German Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services, Gulshan Club, International Club Dhaka, Gulshan Youth Club and Savar Golf Club.
Jamil attained his undergraduate degree in Economics and Information Technology from the College of William and Mary, Virginia, USA and then completed his MBA from North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Mr. Jamil is an avid golf and cricket player and was privileged to be a part of the Bangladesh under 16 and under 19 cricket teams back in the 90s. He loves travelling and adventure sports.
