Meeting: Income Tax Act 2023 Amendments (Sections 130A & 140)
A meeting of the Chamber Tariff & Taxation Committee was held on 15 October 2026 at MCCI’s Gulshan office on the implications of Sections 130A and 140 of the Income Tax Act, 2023, as Amended by the Finance Act, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Hasan Mahmood, FCA, Chairman of the Committee.
The meeting facilitated the exchange of experiences and views among member organizations, identified related challenges, and formulated necessary recommendations for submission to the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and other relevant authorities.
